Coriolis Pharma provides integrated development and manufacturing support for liquid drug products, combining formulation development, primary packaging selection, and lifecycle management. By considering formulation composition and container closure systems in parallel, we help mitigate development risks and accelerate program progress. We also manufacture formulations for preformulation, toxicology, proof-of-concept, and lead lot stability studies, enabling a smooth transition from early development to clinical phases.
Automated Filling & Stoppering Equipment for Liquid Drug Products
We utilize modern manual and (semi-)automated filling and stoppering solutions for small batches and products up to biosafety level 2.
Our current equipment includes filling and stoppering solutions from Flexicon, Groninger and Colanar, providing efficient processing of all common vial, syringe and cartridge formats and supporting non-GMP batch sizes ranging from a few dozen units to several thousand per week.
Together with our flexible manual filling capabilities, we support a broad range of container formats, including
