Thomas Wiggenhorn

Thomas Wiggenhorn was one of the founders of Coriolis Pharma and managed the company from 2008 to 2022. In summer 2022 he moved to the board of directors, where he was responsible for the strategic development of the company. Thomas Wiggenhorn left the company at the end of 2023.

Before founding Coriolis, Thomas Wiggenhorn gained many years of experience in a corporate and management consulting firm. His main areas of expertise were business plan development, strategic and operational consulting as well as financing consulting. He supported companies from a wide range of industries in their strategic set-up and in the development of an innovation-driven management culture. Thomas Wiggenhorn coached and advised young companies in the growth phase as well as established companies, which he accompanied from the crisis back to economic success.

His competencies and experience from a wide range of industries and numerous companies enable Coriolis Pharma to move forward in a highly professional, collaborative and pioneering manner. On this basis, Coriolis has become one of the world's leading independent service companies for the research and development of (bio-)pharmaceutical drugs.

Thomas Wiggenhorn is a trained banker and holds a diploma in business economist (University of Applied Sciences Münster). In addition, he has a Master (M. A.) in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences Münster (D)/ Cracow University of Economics (Poland) and a Bachelor (B. A.) in European Business from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside (UK).

He is also an honorary commercial judge at the District Court of Muenster in the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
